In this blog, we will see what is Copilot and how it uses in Dynamics 365 customer insight journeys(Marketing).In Dynamics 365 Customer Insights journeys, the concept of a “co-pilot” is generally refers to the AI-driven features and capabilities that assist marketers in creating more effective customer journeys, campaigns, and overall marketing strategies.

How to enable Copilot in Customer insight journeys:
Step-1:
  • Open Dynamics 365 Customer insight journeys (Marketing).
  • Navigate to the settings area>Overview >Feature switches.
  • In journeys section Enable Copilot preview toggle option, Then select save on the upper right corner.

Next, select the Journey tab under “Engagement”. Then select New Journey, which opens the journey copilot window.

There are six suggested prompts for you to choose from at the top of the window. Select ‘See More Examples’ to see all of the recommendations. The guided prompt experience can also be accessed by clicking the two-star icon in the text and entering the window.

For this example, assume you already have a prompt in mind for your campaign and enter “Create a journey that will send a welcome email to all customers in the loyalty member segment.” After two days, send them an exclusive offer email.

Copilot processes the prompt and provides a journey suggestion that clearly includes the automatically detected segment as well as each subsequent step.

You will be able to view a preview of the journey, which will include a detailed summary. You can also make changes to your journey.

If you are satisfied with the suggested journey, click the Create Journey button, and the journey will be created. Your only remaining steps are to add your content, change your condition if necessary, and then click on publish.
