Workflow:
In this blog we will see a workflow sends an email to the record owner with three URLs, where clicking any URL redirects to the corresponding record.
First, we have to create three URL Datatype fields.
My Feilds names are URL1, URL2 and URL3.
Next, Create a workflow
Name: Your workflow name
Category: Workflow
Entity: Select your Entity
Next, Click on OK.
Now, Click on Start when: Record is created, then add a step to send an email
Next, click on “Set properties”
From: Select your User.
To: Select your owner or any user.
Based on your requirement.
Next, Click on the Insert Hyperlink button for to set a record URL in URL feild.
Next, Select your Display field in right side and Set your “Record URL(Dynamics)” in URL and click on OK Button.
Finally click on save and close the workflow.
Next “Save” and “Activate” your workflow and publish all your changes.
Finally test one record.
Once you click on the save button, the record will be created, the workflow will be triggered automatically, and an email will be sent to your Outlook.
Finally you received an email after click on save button.
Next, when you click on any link, it will navigate to the corresponding record.
