Field service Introductions

In field service we are create the Time Entry. The customer requirement it’s approved or not.

Time Entry was automatically generated some are manually.

Some are manually we can’t change some manually options in this time entry.

STEP:1

We just click on the settings service and choose the setting and select the Field Service in this select the Time Entry.

Time Entry Generation Strategy select the Auto-Generate from Booking Timestamps

After choosing this Auto – Generate Booking Timestamps for Time Generation Strategy is manually generate time based on the customer requirement.

Have system and generate those from booking time stamps.

We change booking from schedule to traveling. Once change progress was cancelled.

STEP:2

Time cost Actuals Source select the Booking Journals on Post of Work Order.

Approval this is generate booking we don’t want to manually but also see actuals hit work order is close posted manager approve that time entry it’s contains different options but flexibility and how we manage that process quiet.

Customers’ requirements time flexibility and don’t approve the time entry. Because this close posted manager was approving.

The additional capability of generating them automatically from the booking time stands.

STEP:3

Click on the setting select the service for work order involved certain amount of the travel times.

So, here we change the travel times and contain the Time Entry

Next, we choose the work order and approved the travel time.

STEP:4

Select service then click on the Time Entries.

Choose my time entries (field service) hear there is no data.

So, create the start time and end time and durations are booking.

STEP:5

Let start the Start date and time, then End date and time, Duration, Types, Entry status, Bookable Resource, Work Order, Bookable Resource Booking, Booking Status.

Entry data as showing the image for example we are creating sample time entry.

Click on the save button.
