1.Name Change
The first thing to be aware of is that Microsoft enjoys a good name change. Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Dynamics 365 Marketing are merging, according to a recent announcement. Dynamics 365 Customer Insights will retain its name, but it will be divided into two apps:
Customer Insights – Data that is now known as Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. Users can use this solution to create a unified, real-time 360-degree view of their customers.
Customer Insights – Journeys (now called Dynamics 365 Marketing
2.Outbound marketing to Real-Time marketing:
Marketing will concentrate only on real-time marketing features. For new customers, this means installing the D365 Customer Insights Journeys app, which only contains real-time marketing features. The current outbound marketing features will be supported for existing users however, no future updates will be provided. For more information on the transition from outbound to real-time marketing.
3.Pricing Model for Customer insight Journeys:
Standard license:$1700 per a month
Attached version:$1000 per a month(Enterprise version)

After purchasing app its included:
- CI journeys and data are available after purchase.
- Install both apps in up to 4 environments.

- 10X interactions a month for CI journeys.
- Not tied to one interacted person.
- Reset monthly.
- You can buy add-ons of interacted people if needed.
- Interacted people is the number of entities(Contact, leads…)That have received an interaction in the last 12 months
- You can buy add-ons of Unified people as well.
- Unified people is the number of unique profiles generated using customer insights data to merge data records across multiple sources into a singly, unified profile for a given person.
