How to update a field when an attachment uploaded in timeline

In this blog, i will explain how to update a field when an any attachment or document is added in the timeline

i want to update the below optionset when any attachment or document uploaded in the timeline

To achieve this follow the below steps

Create a new automated cloud flow and take “When a row is added, modified or deleted” and follow the below image

Next go to the settings of “When a row is added, modified or deleted” by the right side 3 dots and click settings and add the below condition

@equals(triggerBody()?[‘_objectid_type’],’vinay_applicantsprofiles’)

Next add list rows and add fetchXML to retrieve only the record having note using regarding and created in last 1 hour

Next Update the field by using update a row
