In this blog, we learn how to create a basic workflow in Dynamics 365
Open your solution, Next click on the “Processes” we can see it under the components
Next click new and give the process name, select the entity and category as workflow
I have triggered the workflow on the field change and it was highlighted below.

Click on “Select” next to the Record fields change and you can select on which field you workflow need to be triggered
Next click on Add Step and select the Check Condition
Add your condition in the first step, i have added the condition as test 1 field equals to yes.
Next add another step Update Record and next click on Set Properties
After opening Set Properties update the fields with your requirement i have added “No” to the two option set fields and next save and close.
Now save the workflow and Next Activate it and test it in the app.

Now if i change the test 1 to Yes and clicked on save the workflow will run and makes the test 1 and test 2 fields No
