Introduction

This blog explain about how to create Entity Form and Web Page in dynamics 365 portal

Step 1
1.Navigate to custom or default entity form customizations or create new entity as per your requirement.
2.Create a new form and give the name as “Portal Form” as show in the below figure.

Step 2
After step 1 Login to the required PowerApps environment using URL make.powerapps.com by providing the user name and password and click on Apps on the left-hand side and after under apps chose the Portal Management then click on that app as shown in the below figure

Step 3
After step 2, select the “Basic Form” and click on “+ New” button as show in the below figure.

Then form is open as show in below format

Step 4
After step 3, in create form, fill up the below information:

  • Name: Provide name of  form
  • Table Name: select entity
  • Form Name: select a form
  • Website: Select portal website

After click on “Save” button as show in the below figure.

Step 5
After step 4, select the “Web Page” and click on “+ New” button as show in the below figure.

Then form is open as show in below format

Step 6
After step 5, in create form, fill up the below information as show in below figure,

Step 7
After step 6, open a new window and search the “wesite/webpage” then the form will open as same in below  figure.

After fill all fields and click on “Submit” button then the record is save in CRM.
