Field service Introduction :

In this blog we will see how to  create the work order in incident type .

STEP:1

Firstly, Click on the settings then select work orders incident types hear as showing the image.

In Active Incident Types click on the +new option.

After click on that new option it will navigate to the new incident type. Next,
Select the General tab then Enter Name and Description.
Next, Click on the save.

STEP:3

Select the Details tab then fill the default work order type.

Estimated duration its up to your choice like 5 hours,45 minutes.

Choose the No option for the copy incident items to agreement.

Click on the save button.

STEP:4

In products and an item are needed to fix or solve this issue.

So, click on the new incident type products.

Pop up the quick create incident type product.

Entry name, product, unit, incident type, quantity, description, internal description, line order all details.

Click on the “save and close” button.

STEP:5

This service is generally would typically build a customer so click on the new incident type button.

We will associate service to incident types that are needed to complete this type durations.

Enter the details and click on the “save and close” button.

STEP:6

Click on the service task tab then add +new incident type service.

After selecting that option a details page will be generated next fill the details then click on the save button.

STEP:7

Next, Select the characteristics tab click on the new incident type fill the characteristics then select the save button.

STEP:8

Resolution tab is optional .

But do you want to create click on the resolutions tab then enter the new incident type add the details .

Click on the save button.

STEP:9

Next, Select the service option then check the work order primary incident Then finally once click on save and close button.
