We’ll learn how to convert an email to a PDF in this blog post. An email sent by a user, for example, will be converted into a PDF and uploaded to the selected document library. The actions are as follows:

Click +Create > Automated cloud flow. 

choose the trigger “When a new email arrives (V3)”. Open up the additional options. To, set an user id.

Next, we’ll add action to export the email’s content as an EML file using the Message-Id. Select +New step > Export email (V2)

Next, we’ll add a action that will create a file in OneDrive or another temporary place. Press the + New step > Create File.

To convert the newly generated file from a message file to a PDF, we will add an action next. Click on +New step > Convert file(preview). In the File input, choose Id from creating a file, and choose PDF as the target pdf file.

The next thing we’ll do is add an action that uploads the converted PDF file to the specified SharePoint location for that take “Create file” from SharePoint.

This last step will add an action that will remove the document from the temporary storage. Press the +New step > Delete file. Id is set to File.

Now the flow is completed. next, save and run the flow.

Let’s send an email to our email using Outlook from a different user-id as a test.
