In this blog, we will show how to create a Rollup field in dynamics 365 ce

In order to create a rollup column, add a new column to your table, select rollup as the column type, decide on your data type, and then build your logic similarly to how you would do a business rule or calculated column.
Below are screenshots and detailed steps.

1.Create a new field in the Power Platform for the relevant Table.

2. Choose your data type (single line of text, currency, etc.) as you’ll need when creating any new field.

3. Choose Rollup as the Behavior.

4. Click The Edit button locates under Behavior. (It becomes visible after you choose Rollup as the Behavior.)

Next build the logic of your Rollup column

Source Entity: This will default to the current Table(entity) where you are creating your Rollup Column.
Related Entity: Choose if you want to use data from a related Table in your Rollup Column.
Aggregation: The aggregate function for your data: SUM, COUNT, MIN, MAX, or AVG. In this case, we choose SUM.
Next click on save and close and then add your rollup field to the form.
The calculator icon identifies this as a Rollup Column. You can manually refresh your calculation online by clicking the Recalculate button.
