There should to be a “power platform” option when we open the power apps.

Choose “Power Platform Admin Centre” by clicking on the Power platform.

Select Resources from the Power Platform Admin Centre once it is open.

Choose Power Pages Sites from the Resources section.

The Home page will appear if we click on Power Pages sites, as shown in the photo below.

Any website that we want to put under maintenance is able to be chosen.

Click Manage after selecting a website.

Upon clicking “manage,” a page will open.

the “Enable maintenance mode” option under Site Actions at the top of the page.

after the page has opened, click enable.

Initially, the website is Active as seen in the figure below.

The page will look like the one in the below figure once we enable the maintenance mode.

When the maintenance mode is turned off, the system returns to its usual active condition.

Go to “Site Actions” and choose configure or disable maintenance mode to turn off the mode.

The website will resume its normal status once you click Disable.

In the power apps, we can enable or disable the website’s maintenance mode in a same manner.
