Introduction

This blog explain about how to Enhanced Email Feature In Dynamics 365 CE

When working within the timeline control, if we want to create activity records as show in the below figure.
Then click on “Email” button and it opens email main form in the whole screen by default.
To enable new enhanced experience we can navigate to Settings -> Administration -> System Settings and enabled the following option under Email tab.
After enabling this option now when user will try to create email from the timeline it will open email main form as popup as show in the below figure.

Because we frequently wish to refer to details from the parent record (regarding) while composing email, this functionality is quite helpful for CRM users who want to send emails fast without switching to the next screen.
