In today’s fast-paced world, staying updated with the weather forecast is crucial for planning our daily activities, whether it’s scheduling outdoor events, commuting, or preparing for weather-related changes. With the advent of automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate, accessing daily weather forecasts has become more convenient than ever.
Through step-by-step guidance and insights into the functionalities of Power Automate, I’ll explore how to set up a reliable system that fetches accurate weather data at scheduled intervals and delivers it seamlessly to your email and to all the employee emails.
The MSN Weather connector in Power Automate allows you to trigger flows based on weather conditions, forecast changes, or other weather-related events.
Step 1. Log in to Make.powerapps.com and select our Solution and click on cloud flow as shown in the below Screenshot.
Step 2. Give a flow name and fill it accordingly.
Note. I have selected only working days to send the email at 7.00 AM.

Select your correct Time zone, and here also you can edit these options.
Click add an action à “Get forecast for today” à Type the Location which you need to get the weather forecast
This trigger outputs the weather forecast of the current date of the given location
Click add an action à “Get the forecast for tomorrow” à Type the Location which you need to get the weather forecast
This trigger outputs the tomorrow’s weather forecast of the given location
Click add an action à “Send an email (V2)” à Customize the email as you wish.
Temperature, Humidity, Conditions, Day summary, etc can be selected from the Dynamic content.
Here’s an example email that will be sent daily.
