You can type this expression in Compose.

We can choose condition trigger following compose trigger.
You can now finish the flow, add conditions, and add the option to send an email.
Now click Test to see if the flow is functioning properly.
If your condition is true or false, the flow will execute successfully, and you will receive an email notification.
Your employee will get email notifications in Outlook this manner.
