How to transfer data from environments using Data Transporter in Xrm ToolBox

In this blog, we will learn how to to transfer data(records) from one environment to another environment using data transporter in the dynamics 365

Step 1:
Open the Xrm ToolBox

Step 2:
Install Data Transporter from the Tool Library

Step 3:
open the tool by going to the Xrm Toolbox main page. Now, it will ask us to establish a connection first when we open it for the first time. For the tool to work at the moment, you’ll need to set up two connections. The first is the Source connection, which you’ll link to your source environment where the data will be migrated. The environment where the data needs to be moved will be the target connection for the other. Our screen will resemble the following once the Source and Target connections have been made.

Next select which entity’s data you want to migrate and click on Transfer Data. Let’s see one example when I click on the entity, it will show all its attributes from which I can also select which attribute’s data I want to transfer.
Now as I will be creating new records I will only select Create in the top right corner.
